- 450 gr terigu cakra.
- 2 sdt ragi instan.
- 25 gr susu bubuk.
- 50 gr gula pasir.
- 1 sdt garam.
- 60 gr butter.

Langkah Memasak Mini pizza new recipe
- Aduk rata semua bahan kering kecuali garam,aduk rata,masukkan kuning telur,aduk rata tambahkan air es sedikit2,uleni sampai kalis tambah garam dan margarin,uleni kalis sambil dibanting dan ditarik....
- Diamkan 30 menit tutup serbet basah, kempiskan adonan,timbang @ 15 gr,bulatkan, diamkan 10 menit..
- Pipihkan adonan,letakkan di loyang bersemir margarin,tusuk2 dengan garpu, diamkan 30 menit, poles saus bolognese,tabur sosis,daging asap dan jamur terakhir keju mozarella, tabur oregano....

- Oven sampai matang kira2 10 menit saja...suhu 180 Β°C sampai matang dan keju leleh, panas2 tabur sedikit parmesan itu ala saya kebetulan lagi ada di kulkas....
