- Untuk isian : 1.Tumis bawang putih sampai harum,masukkan wortel tumis sampai wortel layu lalu masukkan daging sapi aduk rata sampai daging berubah warna baru masukkan bawang bombay aduk rata masukkan saus tomat,dan semua bumbu garam,lada bubuk,bubuk cabe,gula pasir kasih air sedikit dan tutup sebentar tunggu sampai mendidih angkat dan sisihkan.
- Untuk pasta kentang 2.rebus kentang lalu haluskan,masukkan susu cair,tepung terigu,butter,basil,aregano aduk rata..
- 3.masukkan daging sapi kecetakan,ditimpa kentang lalu daging kemudian kentang lagi,oven sampai kentang berubah kecoklatan kurang lebih 30-40 menit angkat dan sajikan.
