- 200 ml Air sekitar.
- 3 sdm Mayonaise.
- 1 sdm acar timun beserta airnya.
- Sejumput garam himalaya.

- 1 sdm keju parmesan parut.

- Acar : kupas timunnya, potong kecil kecil lalu tuang air + cuka apel + garam. Tes rasa & simpan di kulkas semalem.
- Setelah acar jadi ambil 1 sdm beserta airnya tambahkan mayonaise aduk rata.
- Masukkan merica bubuk, garam & keju parmesan lalu test rasa.
- Taburi parsley kering & sauce siap dipakai buat cocolan..
