This was my first time cooking salmon and it turned out great! Nice crispy exterior and moist and flaky interior. The only other thing I changed was more garlic and a bit of red pepper flakes.

- Potong dadu salmon dan ayam fillet lalu beri garam, merica dan saus teriyaki sisihkan selama 10menit. Potong tofu sesuai selera, potong korek wortel, iris panjang paprika, bersihkan kecambah dan jamur enoki..
- Letakkan semua bahan di wajan teflon, masak dengan api kecil sambil diberi saus teriyaki secukupnya. Masak hingga salmon, ayam dan sayuran matang. Sajikan hangat ππ.
