Bahan Membuat Popcorn Caramel Ala XXI
- 2 genggam jagung popcorn.
- 2 sdm butter (sy pake BOS).
- 4 sdm gula semut/Aren/ gulamerah sisir.
- 1 sachet kental manus putih.
- 3 sdm gula halus.
- 1/2 sdt garam halus.
- 1 sdm Butter.
Langkah Memasak Popcorn Caramel Ala XXI
- Panaskan 2 sdm butter, setelah cair masukkan jagung popcorn(gunakan wajan besar dn bertutup) goyangkan wajan agar matang merata, kalau tidk ada suara letupan, tanda sdh rata matang nya.
- Di teflon lain panaskan 1 sdm butter, tuang gula aren/ gula semut, kental manis, garam dan gula halus, biarkan sampai membentuk caramel (cukup digoyangkan teflonnya agar merata glazenya).
- Tuang adonan caramel ke atas popcorn, aduk cepat agar merata,, setelah dingin pindahkan ke wadah lain,,.
