- Turunkan speed masukkan 1/1 kuning telur bergantian/selang-seling dg 1 sdm campuran terigu, maizena, susu bubuk dan garam.
- Lalu masukkan putih telur bergantian/selang-seling dg sisa campuran terigu sambil aduk pelan dg spatula.
- Ambil 1/3 adonan, beri coklat bubuk yg sdh dibuat pasta, aduk rata.
- Tuang selang-seling adonan putih dan coklat, buat motif marmer.
