Bahan Membuat Carrot Cake Palm Sugar enakkkkk with Creamcheese Frosting Kocok all in one
- 150 g Mentega/butter.
- 50 gr Gula Pasir butir haluss.
- 75 g Gula Palem.
- 3 btr Telur.
- 175 g Tepung terigu kunci/segitiga.
- 1 sdm Baking powder.
- 1 sdt Soda kue.
- 1 sdt bumbu spekuk.
- 200 g Wortel parut import(pake parutan keju).
- 150 g Kismis.
Langkah Memasak Carrot Cake Palm Sugar enakkkkk with Creamcheese Frosting Kocok all in one
- Siapkan bahan2 moms:).
- Panaskan oven 180 derajat Kocok semua bahan kecuali wortel+kismis sampai lembut,ringan+ngembang ;).
- Masukkan wortel+kismis bergantian,aduk rata aja...
- Tuang ke dalam loyang,panggang 25 menit sampe mateng ato sesuaikan oven masing2 yah.
- Cara buat creamcheese icing: Kocok 60gr butter dengan 150gr Creamcheese smpe rata,masukkan 300gr gula halus dikit2 sambil dikocok terus sampe lembutt,tambahkan parutan kulit jeruk 2sdm.siap digunakan!:).
- Buat wortel2an dari fondant:) Aku bel fondant instant.jadi tinggal kasi pewarna n bentuk..xixixi.
- Oles creamcheese icing di atas cake,hias dengan wortel mungil Wah diriku paling ga bisa menghias..ya tak uwir2 pake spatula aja..xixixixix.
- Akhirnya jatuh cinta sm cake wortel! Ga sangka enakk bangett.. hmm.. Ga ada aroma sayur sm sekali,yang ada legitnya aroma spekuk+gula palem;).
- Anak2pun ga bakalan ngeh kalo lagi maem wortel xixixi...
