Bahan Membuat Bread pudding
- 6 lembar roti tawar,gunting kotak.
- 100 gram gula pasir.
- 450 ml air.
- 60 gram susu bubuk full cream (saya pake anchor).
- 3 sdm butter (atau margarin).
- 4 butir telur utuh.
- 1/2 sdt bumbu spekoek.
- 1/2 sdt vanila bubuk kualitas baik.
- optional ingredients (tambahkan sesuai selera dan stok).
- pisang cavendish (secukupnya).
- kacang kenari.
- keju.
- kelapa parut kering.
- kelapa muda kerok.
- topping.
- kismis,keju,or almonds,you choose.
Langkah Memasak Bread pudding
- Dalam panci didihkam air dan gula hingga gula larut,matikan api,masukkan butter,dinginkan.
- Ketika suhu hangat kuku,masukkan susu bubuk,aduk dengan wisk hingga larut,kemudian masukkan telur,vanila dan bumbu spekoek,aduk kembali dengan wisk hingga rata,kita akan mempergunakannya nanti.
- Tata 1/2 bagian roti di pinggan,siram dengan 1/3campuran susu,biarkan susu terserap oleh roti..
- Taburkan optional ingredients (saya cuma kelapa kering) siram kembali dengan 1/3 bagian susu.taburi sisa roti,siram sisa campuran susu,kemudian taburi topping.
- Panggang dengan teknik au bain marie di suhu 150-160 derajat celcius selama 30-40 menit atau hingga matang,sesuaikan dengan oven yang anda miliki.
