Indonesian sweet dessert made from sago flour and banana as in the filling. Among the many traditional Indonesian kue basah with banana, nagasari is probably the most widely known and most popular across the archipelago. It has come to the point where if you somehow forget the name of the cake and just ask for kue pisang (i.e. banana cake), you are almost guaranteed to get this cake.

- 300 gr tepung beras.
- 1,5 liter air (sesuaikan).
- 2 sdm tapioka (optional).
- 1 sachet santan kara.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 2 sdm gula pasir.
