- 1 bks Pondan Brownies.
- Lapisan 2 chocolate mouse.
- 1 bks agar2 putih.
- 100 gram cokelat susu.
- 100 gram dcc.
- 100 gram whipping cream.
- 250 ml susu cair.
- Lapisan 3 Ganache.
- 100 gram cokelat susu.
- 100 gram dcc.

- 50 gram mentega cair.
Langkah Memasak Belgium Chocolate Mousse Dessert Box
- Buat adonan brownies.
- Buat lapisan kedua masak semua bahan kecuali whipping cream.
- Setelah semua bahan lapisan 2 di masak hingga mendidih tiriskan.
- Kocok whipping cream hingga kaku dengan mixer kecepatan tinggi lalu tuangkan adonan yg sudah di masak ke dalam whipping cream aduk hingga merata.
- Siapkan wadah kotak lalu letakkan brownies yg sudah di potong ke dalam wadah kira2 tinggi brownies 0,5cm lalu tuangkan adonan lapisan 2 ke atas brownies tunggu hingga mengeras.
- Buat ganache sembari menunggu chocolate mouse/lapisan ke2 mengeras.

- Kocok whipping cream hingga kaku dengan mixee kecepatan tinggi.
- Masukan adonan cokelat ke dalam whipping cream lalu aduk merata.
- Setelah chocolate mouse mengeras siram ganache/cokelat di atasnya lalu hias sesuai selera.
