- Lapisan 1 :.
- 1 bungkus biskuit marie.
- 5 sdm mentega, lelehkan.
- Lapisan 2 :.
- 6 buah pisang, potong2.
- Lapisan 3 :.
- 3 sachet skm.
- 100 gram mentega.
- 3 sdm gula.
- Lapisan 4 :.
- 100 gram whippy cream.
- 1 sdt garam.
- 250 ml air biasa.
- Toping : coklat bubuk (sy pake chocolatos).
Langkah Memasak 30. Banoffee dessert box
- Lapisan 1 : haluskan biskuit marie, lalu tambahkan mentega yg udah dilelehkan, aduk rata. Masukkan ke dalam cup lalu tekan2 dgn sendok atau gelas bagian bawah.
- Lapisan 2 : susun pisang yg sudah dipotong td ke dalam cup.
- Lapisan 3 (saos caramel): campur semua bahan lapisan 3, masak sampai mendidih. Lalu tuang diatas pisang yg sudah disusun td.
- Lapisan 4 : campur semua bahan lapisan 4, aduk2 sampai mengental. Lalu masukkan keatas lapisan saos caramel, tuang pelan2 aja ya. Beri toping coklat bubuk (blh ganti dgn toping yg lain, sesuai selera aja).
- Setelah selesai masukkan ke dalam kulkas minimal 4 jam ya, krn dessert ini lebih nikmat disajikan saat dingin.
