- Membuat eggless brownies kukus: panaskan panci kukus. campur bahan kering jadi satu aduk rata, panaskan bahan basah tuang ke bahan kering aduk2 hingga rata pelan2 saja dengan wisk ballon. Tuang tim coklat dan susu. Tata dalam loyang 1 cake dibawah, tuang mousse dark coklat coklat diatas nya, simpan dalam freezer 30 menit..
- Membuat mousse white coklat sama seperti blak coklat. Kocok whipe cream nya hingga seperti ini.
- Mousse white coklat nya seperti ini. Tuang diatas mousse coklat ratakan masukkan kembali ke freezer 30 menit.
- Membuat coklat glaze untuk disiram diatas cake: campur whipe cream bubuk dan air panaskan angkat, masukkan coklat hingga mencair. Biarkan dingin.
- Keluarkan cake. Tata di piring atau papan cake, siram coklat galze di atasnya. Sajikan.
