Bahan Membuat Buldae jjigae
- 1 pack jamur shimeji.
- 1 pack jamur enoki.
- 1/2 pack tteokboki (me: beli yang udh plus bumbu, kalau ga ada tteokboki bisa diganti ramen instant korea, bisa samyang atau shin ramyun).
- 6 buah sosis, potong serong.
- 1/2 pack tahu putih.
- 1 buah jagung, potong-potong.
- 2 buah daun bawang.
- 2 butir telur.
- 1 liter air.
- Saus (campur di mangkok kecil).
- 1 sdm saus gochujang halal.
- 1 sdm shoyu halal.
- 1/2 sdm mirin halal.
- 1 sdm kaldu jamur.
- 1 sdt gula pasir.
- 7 buah cabe rawit.
- Secukupnya merica bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Buldae jjigae
- Susun semua bahan di panci besar, tambahkan air.
- Masukkan bumbu di tengah-tengah panci, sy juga mencampurkan bumbu tteokboki atau bumbu ramen instant.
- Masak kurang lebih 8 menit, jangan diaduk dulu.
- Tambahkan telur, ini selera telurnya mau diaduk atau dimakan bulat.
- Siap disajikan :).
