Different from traditional carrot cakes, this cake is extremely moist and flavorful and is topped with a buttermilk glaze while still warm.  Try it and I think you will agree that it is the best!!  In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. 
Bahan Membuat Carrot Cake
- 175 gr tepung segitiga.
 - 150 gr butter/margarin (aq pake royal palmia).
 - 3 telur.
 - 50 gr gula pasir.
 - 80 gr gula palem.
 - 1 sdm baking powder.
 - 1 sdt soda kue.
 - 1 sdt bumbu spekuk.
 - 3 buah wortel diserut pake parutan keju.
 - 0.5 ons kismis.
 - Keju parut secukupnya untuk topping.
 
Langkah Memasak Carrot Cake
- Siapkan smua bahan ya.
 - Campurkan butter, gula pasir, gula palem dan telur, aduk pake whisk, aduk asal rata.
 - Masukkan tepung, baking powder, soda kue, spekuk. Aduk pake spatula.
 - Masukkan wortel dan kismis, aduk asal rata sampai tercampur semua pake spatula.
 - Masukkan adonan dalam loyang yang sebelumnya sudah diolesi margarin dan ditaburi tepung tipis2.taburi keju parut.
 - Panggang dalam oven suhu 180 derajat celcius selama 35 menit atau menurut oven masing2. Aq pake oven maspion ya. Taraaa...jadi deh 😉.
