Teppanyaki (鉄板焼き, teppan-yaki) is a post-World War II style of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food. The word teppanyaki is derived from teppan (鉄板), which is the metal plate which it is cooked on and yaki (焼き), which means grilled, broiled, or pan-fried. Bahan Membuat Tepanyaki (ayam & tahu)
- 1/4 ayam fillet.
- 1 tahu putih.
- 1 sdm saus tiram.
- 1 tts minyak wijen.
- 1 sdm kecap manis.
- garam.
- 1 sdm saus teriyaki.
- 2 bh bawang putih.
- bawang bombay (dikulkas saya gak ada).
- 1 sdt larutan maizena.
- BAHAN SAYURAN :.
- toge.
- wortel (iris korek).
- sawi putih iris alus.
- 2 bh bawang putih.
- cabe ijo, merah & rawit.
Langkah Memasak Tepanyaki (ayam & tahu)
- Cuci bersih ayam fillet tambahkan kecap manis, saus tiram,minyak wijen, lada & garam.. diamkan 1jam.
- Tumis bawang putih (tambahkan bombay klo ada) masukan ayam fillet yg telah dibumbui tadi, tambahkan air, garam, setelah ayam empuk masukan potongan tahu,masukan larutan maizena, terakhir potongan cabai.
- Bahan sayurnya : tumis bawang putih, masukan wortel kasih air dikit setelah wortel agak empuk masukan toge & sawi putih aduk, masukan saus tiram & garam terakir masukan potongan cabai.
