- Panaskan teflon, masukan bawang putih yg di geprek dan jahe yg di geprek setelah minyak panas. +- 3sdm minyak (klo mau lebih wangi bisa pake minyak wijen).
- Masukan daging yg di bentuk bulat besar seperti steak yg dijual di resto. Bikin agak besar krn nanti menciut. Tiap sisi kurang lebih 2 menit. Hati"minyak panas nya muncrat" ya.. Krn daging babi mengeluarkan air..
- Sajikan dengan wortel dan buncis yg telah di rebus, serta kentang goreng..
- Sayuran nya klo mau ganti pake jagung/wortel dan buncis yg di tumis pake bawang bombay juga enak. 👍🏻.
