Bahan Membuat Mini bomboloni
- Bahan dough:.
- 200 gram tepung terigu.
- 1 sdm mentega.
- 1 sdt ragi instan.
- 1/2 sdt sp.
- 1 sdm gula.
- 1 sdm fibber creame / susu bubuk.
- Secukupnya air hangat kuku.
- Bahan tambahan:.
- Selai coklat.
- Gula halus.
- Minyak untuk menggoreng.
Langkah Memasak Mini bomboloni
- Campurkan semua bahan dough beri air sedikit demi sedikit.
- Uleni trs sesekali adonan d banting.
- Tutup dgn kain bersih selama 30menit.
- Setelah mengembang uleni sedikit lalu bagi 12 lalu bentuk bulat, simpan d wadah yg bawahnya d alasi tepung terigu, diamkan 5 menit.
- Panaskan minyak dgn api sedang cenderung kecil, jgn terlalu panas, lalu masukan dough, goreng hingga mengembang, balik 1x saja saat d sisi lain sudah berwarna keemasan, tiriskan.
- Lubangi dgn sumpit lalu masukan selai lalu taburi dgn gula halus.
