Langkah Memasak Garang Asem Ati Ampela tanpa santan
- Rebus ati ampela dalam air mendidih kira kira 15 menit.
 - Siapkan bahan lain,bumbu halus,bumbu rajang,dan lainnya.
 - Siapkan wajan,beri daun pisang,tata ati ampela dan bumbu lain disitu... masukkan air, aduk bumbu hingga merata, cek rasa...
 - Nyalakan kompor,tutup bahan di wajan dgn daun, tutup lho dgn tutup kaca...
 - Masak Kurleb..30 menit..hingga daun kayu kecoklatan..garang asem siap dihidangkan.
