Bahan Membuat Tomyum goong
- You need 2 ekor of cumi bangka ukuran sedang.
 - It's 15 ekor of udang vaname ukuran sedang.
 - You need 500 gr of aneka baso ikan (sy beli curah @6500/100gr).
 - Prepare 1 bungkus of jamur enoki.
 - It's 1 bungkus of tofu / tahu sutra (saya kongkee).
 - You need 300 gr of pokcoy.
 - Prepare 2 bks of bumbu tomyum instan (sy merk finna).
 - Prepare 300 ml of santan.
 - Prepare 3 sdm of kecap ikan.
 - Prepare 1 sdm of saus tiram.
 - Prepare secukupnya of gula.
 - Prepare secukupnya of garam.
 - It's 2 buah of jeruk nipis.
 - It's 1 sdt of merica bubuk.
 - You need 1/2 buah of bawang bombay.
 - You need 5 siung of bawang putih.
 - It's 4 siung of bawang merah.
 - It's 3 ruas of sereh.
 - You need 6 lbr of daun jeruk.
 - Prepare sesuai selera of Cabe rawit.
 
Langkah Memasak Tomyum goong
- Potong cumi sesuai selera dan bersihkan udang lalu beri sedikit jeruk nipis agak tidak amis.
 - Cincang triple bawang dan sedikit cabe.
 - Tumis triple bawang, bumbu instan, sereh, daun jeruk, cabe, cumi dan udang hingga matang lalu tambahkan air masak hingga mendidih.
 - Masukkan aneka baso seafood, kecap ikan, saus tiram dan masukkan santan aduk terus perlahan lalu masak lagi hingga mendidih.
 - Lalu masukkan pokcoy, jamur Enoki dan air perasan jeruk nipis dan test rasa.
 - Setelah jamur dan pokcoy masuk sebaiknya jgn dimasak terlalu lama spy tetap segar. Masukan gula, garam, merica dan tahu..
 - Tomyum Goong siap dihidangkan.
 - Penyajian bisa pakai mie kuning atau mie telor rebus sbg pengganti nasi.
