Bahan Membuat Fish and Chips with Saus Tartar
- 250 gr Ikan Tuna.
- 1/2 buah Jeruk Lemon.
- 2 siung Bawang Putih.
- Bumbu Balur ikan :.
- 4-8 sdm Tepung Terigu.
- 3 sdm Tepung Maizena.
- Secukupnya Lada bubuk.
- 2 siung Bawang Putih uleg.
- Secukupnya Garam.
- 1 butir Telur Ayam.

- 1/2 buah Lemon.
- 2 sachet Mayonaise @100gr.
- 1 butir Telur Ayam rebus.
- Secukupnya Lada bubuk.
- 1/2 siung Bawang Bombay (aku ditumis bentar dg mentega).
Langkah Memasak Fish and Chips with Saus Tartar
- Cuci ikan tuna, potong kecil2 dan masukkan perasan air jeruk nipis supaya tidak amis tunggu sampai 15 menit lalu dicuci kembali. Setelah di cuci tambahkan bawang putih uleg.

- Campurkan semua bahan saus dan hancurkan telur, aduk rata tambahkan lada bubuk.
- Sajikan tuna dengan saus tartar dan sayuran 😊.
