Bahan Membuat RABOKKI (Ramen Tteokpokki)
- 1 bungkus mie instan pedas (saya: gekikara).
- 4 butir telur rebus, kupas.
- 250 gr tteok / rice cake.
- 500 ml air.
- 40-50 gr gochujang.
- 20 gr gochugaru / cabe bubuk.
- 2 buah daun bawang (iris).
- Garam.
- Merica.
Langkah Memasak RABOKKI (Ramen Tteokpokki)
- Rebus mi instan polos tanpa bumbu 1/2 matang, buang airnya dan tiriskan..
- Masak air, dan masukan tteok. Rebus hingga 1/2 matang.
- Masukan gochujang, guchu garu, 1 buah irisan daun bawang..
- Masukan mi instan, telur rebus, bumbu dari mi instan, garam dan merica.
- Masak hingga matang dan kuah mengental. Masukan sisa irisan daun bawang sebagai garnish.
- Sajikan selagi panas.
