It produces great tasting Pinoy bistek.  This is also known as Beefsteak to some people.  It is comprised of thin slices of beef and a generous amount of onions. 
Bahan Membuat Beef steak (with pork chop)
- Bahan steak:.
 - 1 butir telur ayam.
 - 1/2 kg daging cincang(saya pk pork).
 - 2 sdm tepung tapioka (campuran).
 - Tepung tapioka utk baluran sblom digoreng.
 - Kecap manis, kecap inggris, pala bubuk, merica, dan garam.
 - Bahan Saos.
 - Kecap inggris.
 - Saos tomat botolan/pasta tomat.
 - Kecap manis.
 - Mentega/margarin.
 - Merica hitam atau lada putih.
 - 1 sdm maizena.
 - Bahan pelengkap:.
 - Kentang goreng.
 - Wortel rebus.

- Campurkan daging cincang, telor, tepung tapioka, garam, merica, kecap inggris, kecap manis, sdkt gula, dan pala bubuk. Diamkan selama 1-2 jam dlm lemari es..

 - Panaskan minyak goreng dlm teflon sedikitdan beri 1 sdm mentega, lalu goreng(saute) daging dgn api sedang hingga matang sampai ke dalam..
 - Saos: panaskan mentega/margarin lalu masukkan kecap inggris, kecap manis, lada hitam/merica, saos tomat, maizena, beri air sedikit masak hingga matang dan kuah mengental..
 - Sajikan bersama kentang goreng.
