Bahan Membuat Spicy Chicken Wings
- 1 kg sayap ayam potong jadi 2 (kurleb 15 pasang sayap).
- 3 sdm saus tiram.
- 2 sdm kecap manis.
- 2 sdm saus BBQ.
- 3 sdm saus sambal (saya: belibis).
- 2 sdm madu.
- 2 sdt kaldu jamur totole.
- 2 sdm minyak.
- 3 pcs bawang putih cincang kasar.
Langkah Memasak Spicy Chicken Wings
- Campur semua bahan, masukkan sayap ayam..
- Diamkan/ Marinasi ayam selama 2 jam agara bumbu ayam benar2 merasuk kedalam daging.
- Siapkan loyang jari beralas alumunium untuk, oven disuhu 200°C selama 15 mnt lalu keluarkan ayam, oles dengan saus rendaman ayam lalu oven lagi dengan suhu 180°C selama 30 mnt (sampe golden brown) disesuaikan dengan oven masing2 ya moms.
- Jika ingin di goreng : ungkep ayam yang sudah di marinasi terlebih dulu hingga bumbu mengental dan meresap ke daging ayam (gunakan api sedang cenderung kecil biar ga gosong) jika sudah ayam siap digoreng. Selamat mencoba moms..
