This banana cake recipe is the best!  It's fluffy and moist, infused with banana flavor, and easy to make!  It's loaded with bananas, so moist, sweet. 
Bahan Membuat Banana Cake
- 200 gram Tepung Terigu.
 - 2-3 buah pisang Ambon (aku pake pisang Ambon nya besar2 jd cukup 2).
 - 1 sdm susu bubuk.
 - 130-150 gram gula pasir (kurangi kl tdk suka trlalu manis).
 - 4 butir telor utuh sedang.
 - 150 gram margarin (aku mix sm Minyak sayur).
 - sejumput garam.
 - sesuai selera Kismis, keju atw potongan2 pisang utk hiasan, terserah aja.
 - 1/2 sdt SP (optional).
 - sesuai selera kayu manis bubuk/bubuk Spekuk (optional) tergantung yg order, Tp aku n anak2 suka yg original aja hihihiii.
 
Langkah Memasak Banana Cake
- Hancurkan pisang dgn garpu, aku tdk terlalu halus bgttt....
 - Lelehkan margarin, jgn smp mendidih, siapkan smua bahan,, ayak tepung+susu bubuk (sisihkan).
 - Mixer Telur+gula+SP dengan kecepatan tinggi, smp soft peak.
 - Oiya sblm mixer nyala, oles loyang persegi 20 x 20 dgn margarin n alas kertas roti n tepung terigu dl yaaa.....
 - Kl sdh soft peak, masukkan pisang, terigu dan margarin cair bergantian, dgn spatula dgn cara aduk lipat atw dr atas kebawah....
 - Setelah rata masukkan ke loyang, kasih topping Kismis, oven krng lebih 45 menit....
 - Setelah matang, dingin kan,kluarkan dr loyang, belah 2 siap di nikmati atw siap di jual 😀😀👍👍👍.
