Bahan Membuat Cendol homemade
- 1 bgks tepung hunkwe (90gr).
- 45 gr maizena.
- 1 sdm sagu.
- 1 sdt garam.
- 8 lembar daun pandan.
- 650 ml Air.
Langkah Memasak Cendol homemade
- Cuci bersih daun pandan, potong". Blender bersama air. Saring.
- Campur tepung"an, garam, dan jus pandan. Oiya aku tambahin sedikit pasta pandan yaaa.
- Nyalakan kompor, aduk terus sampe rata, setelah meletup tetep aduk beberapa menit sampe mateng.
- Sekarang cetak cendolnya, aku pake saringan. Tampung di baskom yg udah dikasih air matang+ es batu.
- Taraaaaaaa.. jadi deh cendolnya.
- Wangiiiiii.
