Bahan Membuat Patty Burger (Chicken)
- 250 gr daging ayam cincang.
- 2 sdm tepung roti (me : tepung panir).
- 1 bh wortel, parut kasar.
- 1/2 bh bawang bombay cincang.
- 3 siung bawang putih, haluskan.
- 1 bh kuning telur.
- 1/2 sdt lada bubuk.
- 1/2 sdt gula pasir.
- Secukupnya kaldu bubuk (masako ayam).
- Bahan Pelapis.
- Sedikit terigu.
- 1 btr putih telur.
- Secukupnya tepung panir.
Langkah Memasak Patty Burger (Chicken)
- Campur semua bahan, aduk hingga rata.
- Ambil adonan 1 sdm lalu balurkan ke tepung terigu, lalu pipihkan (sy mengunakan tangan) celupkan ke putih telur, balurkan lg ke tepung panir, lalukan hingga adonan habis.
- Simpan dlm lemari es sampai pd saat akan di gunakan/goreng.
- Siapp di goreng bunss 😍😍.
