- 4 potong dada ayam tanpa tulang.
- 2 biji telur ayam utuh.
- sesuai selera Keju mozarella & keju lembaran.
- 1 bks royco ayam.
- 4 lembar Smoke beef.
- sesuai selera Daun peterseli kering.
- 2 centong nasi Tepung terigu / tepung cryspy mama suka.
- secukupnya Tepung roti.
- sesuai selera Buncis, jagung kecil, wortel utk sayur tambahan (di kukus saja).
- 1 buah Kentang goreng (pelengkap).
- secukupnya Mayonaise & tomat.
Langkah Memasak Chicken cordon blue
- Dada Ayam dibelah menjadi 2, di pukul" jangan sampai terlalu hancur.
- Buka tengah dada ayam, taburkan sedikit royco secara merata. masukkan smoke beef, keju mozarella parut, keju slice, daun peterseli, lipat seperti semula..
- Siapkan secara terpisah 1. tepung terigu+ 1/2 royco yg dicampur 2. 2 biji telur utuh yg dikocok 3. Tepung roti di 3 tempat yg berbeda, masukkan ayam ke tepung terigu~>telur~>tepung roti secara berurutan. Buat di tupperware tutup. Simpan di kulkas selama -+ 1 jam utk bs disajikan.
- Setelah 1 jam / mau disajikan. panaskan minyak goreng yg banyak, masukkan ayam tadi di api panas, jaga api jangan sampai terlalu besar, siram" minyak di ayam, biar masak merata, angkat tiriskan. Sajikan bersama sayur pelengkap. Kalo mau enak bisa sajikan dgn mayonaise & kentang goreng 😃.
