Bahan Membuat Pudding Regal w/dalgona Milo
- π€ Layer 1 π€.
- 1 bks Agar2 plain (me ; swallow).
- 4 sdm Gula pasir.
- 3 sdm coklat bubuk.
- 2 sdm tepung maizena.
- 700 ml air.
- π€ Layer 2 π€.
- Biskuit Marie Regal.
- π€ Layer 3 π€.
- 250 ml susu UHT full cream.
- 1 btr kuning telur.
- 2 sdm gula pasir.
- 2 sdm tepung maizena (larutkan dgn sdikit air).
- 1/2 sdt vanilla.
- π€ Dalgona Milo π€.
- 10 sdm Milo.
- 4 sdm gula pasir.
- 1/4 sdt pengemulsi (me : SP).
- 8 sdm air.
Langkah Memasak Pudding Regal w/dalgona Milo
- Campurkan semua bahan layer 1, masak hingga mendidih, tuang ke cetakan..
- Hancurkan biskuit regal, lalu tata diatas layer 1.
- Campurkan susu UHT, gula pasir, vanili dan kuning telur, nyalakan api sambil aduk2, masukkan larutan maizena, masak sampai meletup2. tata diatas layer 2.
- Campurkan semua bahan dalgona, mixer kurleb 2 mnit. tata diatas layer 3. beri topping remahan regal.
