Bahan Membuat "carrot cake" kukus takaran sendok
- 3 btr telur.
- 7 sdm gula pasir.
- vanili.
- 1/2 sdt TBM.
- gula merah sisir halus 3 sdm.
- 9 sdm tepung terigu.
- 1/2 sdt baking powder.
- 1/4 sdt baking soda.
- sejumput garam.
- 200 gr wortel parut.
- 9 sdm minyak goreng.
Langkah Memasak "carrot cake" kukus takaran sendok
- Campur telur,gula pasir,gula merah,vanili & TBM menggunakan mixer atau whisk hingga mengembang (tidak perlu sampai pucat kental berjejak) cukup sampai berbusa saja..
- Campurkan baking powder, baking soda,garam & terigu sedikit demi sedikit hingga tercampur rata..
- Terakhir masukkan wortel parut & minyak sayur.. aduk balik menggunakan spatula tapi jangan terlalu lama mengaduk karena bisa membuat cake bantat.pastikan hanya tercampur rata saja & tidak ada endapan minyak di dasar adonan..
- Masukkan ke dalam loyang yg sudah di olesi minyak/margarin,ratakan adonan & hentakan loyang 3x untuk memastikan tidak ada gelembung udara di dalam adonan yg bisa membuat permukaan cake tidak rata setelah matang..
- Masukan ke dalam kukusan yg sebelumnya sudah di panaskan sampai mendidih menggunakan api sedang & tutup yg sudah di bungkus kain agar uap air tidak menetes ke adonan saat dikukus.kukus selama -+ 25 menit,lalu tes tusuk untuk memastikan cake matang dengan sempurna..
