Langkah Memasak Mongolian Beef
- Iris tipis daging, balur dengan telur, garam, merica, baking soda dan maizena sampai semua terlapisi.. diamkan setengah jam.
- Buat sauce. campur kecap asin, air, gula, sisihkan.
- Panaskan minyak goreng daging sampai kering dan keemasan, angkat dan tiriskan.
- Geprek dan cincang bawang putih, panaskan wajan sampai benar2 panas, tambahkan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang sampai harum, sekitar 1 menit, masukkan daging, tambahkan chili flakes kalo suka pedas, aduk rata selanjutnya masukkan campuran sauce, masak sampai agak mengental, kemudian tambahkan daun bawang yang sudah dipotong, aduk rata.
