A very close second would be the spicy tuna roll.  I really can't get enough of the spicy-mayo laden tuna Rolling maki (sushi rolls) for the first time can be a bit of a challenge.  Too loose, and the rolls are.

- Perlengkapan.
 - Bamboo mat.
 - Sumpit.
 - Bahan.
 - Manjun yaki nori.
 - Tuna.
 - Selada.
 - Daun bawang.
 - Minyak wijen.
 - Biji wijen sangrai.
 - Saus tomat.
 - Kikkoman all purpose soy sauce.
 - Kikkoman mirin halal non alcohol.
 - Maestro mayo buat garnish (pale spicy monggo. aq pake ori, krn buat anak).
 
Langkah Memasak Tuna Spicy Mayo Sushi Roll
- Siapkan bahan. Nasi pulen campur mirin 2sdm. Aduk rata sisihkan..
 - Potong persegi tuna, tambah 1sdm minyak wijen, 1sdm tomat, tambahkan daun bawang. Daun bawang nya jgn dihabiskan semua, sisakan sedikit utk garnish. Tumis tuna. Di torch jg bole..
 - Tata nasi diatas nori, taburkan wijen yg sudah disangrai..
 - Balik nori, taruh selada, lalu tumpuk tuna, bisa jg tambahkan lembaran/potongan keju jika suka..
 - Gulung nori, taburkan lg wijen kl kurang, biar gak lengket ke tangan..
 - Potong2. Buat garnish dg menambahkan mayo & sisa daun bawang keatas sushi..
