Here is a can't-fail version of the chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's warm, soft chocolate cake.  Thes molten chocolate cakes (also called chocolate lava cakes) from Jean-Georges Vongerichten are made with flour, sugar, chocolate, egg, and butter.  When baked, the cake doesn't cook through. 
Bahan Membuat Molen Chocolate
- 250 gram Tepung terigu (sedang).
 - Garam sck.
 - Vanili sck.
 - 50 gram Mentega putih.
 - 75 ml Air.
 - 1 butir Kuning telur.
 - Dark Chocolate sck.
 - Minyak goreng sck.
 - 25 gram Mentega.
 - 1 sdt Gula halus.
 
Langkah Memasak Molen Chocolate
- Prepare bahan dan alat terlebih dahulu bunds..ππ.
 - Aduk rata tepung terigu, garam, gula halus, vanili bunds...
 - Tambahkan kuning telur, mentega putih, dan mentega uleni sampai setengah kalis.
 - Tambahkan, air dan uleni sampai kalis diamkan 30 menit yah bunds...
 - Setelah didiamkan dan adonan sudah lembut, pipihkan adonan menggunakan rolling pin.. dan potong memanjang...
 - Siapkan Dark Coklat, yg sudah dipotong memanjang, tutup dengan melilit dg adonan molen.
 - Lalu goreng dengan api sedang, sekali balik jgn dibolak balik yah bunds..π biar ndk meletus...
 - Kalau sudah berwarna coklat keemasan angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat.. (coklat masih lumer) yah bunds..π.
