Bahan Membuat Karoness Oatmeal Pancake (cimpa tuang oatmeal)
- 250 gr oatmeal instant diblender halus.
 - 50 gr tepung beras putih.
 - 50 gr tepung ketan hitam (boleh diganti dg tepung ketan putih).
 - 50 gr tepung trigu.
 - 200 gr gula merah iris (ini manisnya maksimal, boleh dikurangi).
 - 500-600 ml santan sedang kentalnya.
 - 50-100 gr kelapa parut.
 - secukupnya Garam, lada hitam halus.
 - 1 butir telur.
 - Mentega secukupnya untuk mengoles.

- Campur seluruh tepung, gula merah,garam, lada dan gula merah.
 - Masukkan santan dan aduk merata.
 - Masukkan telur..
 - Setelah semua rata, panaskan cetakan (saya pakai cetakan martabak mini, 4 lobang), olesi mentega, lalu tuang adonan 1 sendok sayur kecil..
 - Tutup cetakan, dan dicek, bila adonan sudah kering, kurleb 1-2 menit, balik adonan. Angkat. Siap dihidangkan..
