- Mix butter margarin dengan gula halus sampai soft dan pucat,masukkan kuning telur satu persatu kocok sampai homogen.
- Ayak tepung...masukkan ke no 1,masukkan susu dan vanili..mix dengan speed sedang.
- Di wadah yang lain dan jaga agar baling2 mikser telah bersih dan kering...mix putih telur dan cot dengan speed tinggi sampai stiff peak.
- Ambil 1/3 adonan putih telur masukkan ke adonan no 1,aduk lipat balik..masukkan setengah putih telur aduk lipat balik,terakhir masukkan sisa putih telur aduk lipat balik.
- Bagi adonan menjadi 2,, A dan B (di wadah B beri coklat pasta BF).
- Tuang adonan putih di timpa adonan coklat dst sampai adonan habis.
- Panggang dengan api bawah 150 delcel selama 15 menit dan lanjutkan 165 delcel dengan api atas bawah selama 30 menit,atau sesuai oven msg2...tes tusuk cek kematangan.
