- Secukupnya parsley kering.
- Kentang goreng.
Langkah Memasak Fish and Chips Tilapia
- Lumuri ikan dengan bahan marinasi, kemudian diamkan selama 20 - 30 menit..
- Aduk semua bahan adonan kering..
- Aduk semua bahan lumuran. Usahakan sampai halus, tidak bergerindil..
- Masukkan ikan yang sudah di marinasi ke adonan kering. Lumuri sampai semua bagian tertutup tepung..
- Setelah tertutup adonan kering, celupkan ikan ke adonan basah..
- Kemudian goreng ikan didalam minyak panas. Kalau bisa deep fry..
- Goreng sampai kuning keemasan, kemudian angkat dan tiriskan. Jangan terlalu lama menggoreng supaya ikan masih soft dagingnya..
- Goreng kentang untuk pelengkap. Bisa kentang frozen, atau buat wedges potato..
- Campur semua bahan saus tartar untuk pelengkap..
- Selesai deh..
