- 100 unsalted butter.
- 100 gram tepung terigu.
- 30 gram coklat bubuk.
- 3 sdm gula halus.
- 100 gram milo.
- Chocolat ganache :.
- 250 gram DCC cincang.
- 125 susu uht.
- 1 sdm butter.
Langkah Memasak Milo ice cake box
- Kocok telur dan gula hingga berbusa, masukkan emulsifier, kocok terus hingga kental..
- 》Matikan mixer Masukkan tepung terigu secara bertahap, sambil diaduk hingga rata.Tuang margarine leleh, aduk hingga rata benar.
- 》Tuang kedalam loyang yg sudah di alasi kertas roti, panggang sampai matang. Dinginkan.
- 》 Di dalam baskom, campur whipped cream, milo, coklat bubuk dan air es mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi sampai mengembang kental. Masukkan SKM mixer sebentar sampai rata.
- 》Campur semua bahan crumble di dalam bowl campur rata menggunakan jari jika dirasa masih menempel dan lembek bisa tambahkan sedikit tepung terigu. Jangan di ulen yaa. 》Ratakan di loyang, kemudian oven dengan suhu rendah sampai crunchy.
- Hangatkan susu uht masukkan DCC cincang, aduk sampai larut terakhir masukkan butter.
- Penyelesain : 》 Potong cake masukkan ke dalam box beri icecream milo siram dengan chocolate ganache taburi choco crumble masukkan kulkas. Sajiakn dingin.
I am at my wits end. As an Australian who visits a few times a year, having an iced milo is seriously perhaps the thing I look forward to the most. I've tried (badly) to replicate it at home but nothing seems to work out too well, only hot milo seems to work. Turn off heat right away as soon as u see its melting. Let residual heat melt all the chocolate and keep stirring.
