- Kuliti udang.kerat bagian bawah.luruskan.rendam dgn merica dan jeruk.
- Buat bumbu basah. Campur Tepung terigu cream telur gula garam dan kaldu.semakin kental semakin tebalndan besar udangnya.
- Baluri udang dgn tepung terigu.lalu celupkan ke adonan basah.lalu ke tepung roti.saya pakauntepung roti yg besar.goreng.
- Potong telur sampai kecil kecil.campurkan dgn mayonaise.gula garam lemon dan basil.sajikan.
