Bahan Membuat Charsiu Madu
- 500 gr daging 🐖 bagian bahu (kapsim), boleh ganti fillet ayam.
- 3 sdm bumbu Charsiu BBQ (Lee Kum Kee).
- 1 sdt angkak (jerang air panas, haluskan) kalo ga pakai pewarna.
- 2 siung bawang putih, haluskan.
- 1 sdm minyak wijen.
- 1 sdt bumbu ngohiong (five spices powder).
- 1/2 sdt jahe parut.
- 2-3 sdm madu.
- Garam,gula,vetsin (blh skip).
- 1 sdt angciu / arak (boleh skip).
- Saus Cocolan :.
- Sisa bumbu yg menempel di teflon.
- 200 ml air.
- 2 sdt maizena, larutan dgn 1 sdm air secubit garam (optional).
Langkah Memasak Charsiu Madu
- Tusuk2 piggy pakai garpu. Marinated dgn semua bumbu,masukkan kulkas tutup dgn clingwrap semalam /minimal 3 jam.
- Keluarkan dr kulkas. Kemudian rebus dgn air beserta bumbu berendam.Masak sampai air mengering (Proses ini blh skip jika daging langsung dipanggang ke dlm oven).
- Panggang daging diatas teflon / griil pan sampai dioleskan dgn minyak kaldu + madu bolak balik hingga matang.
- Diamkan agak dingin. Kemudian iris2 dan siap di sajikan bersama nasi hangat atau mie.
