- Panggang di teflon bertutup. Sesekali dibolak balik pake api kecil banget ya... Nanti akan keluar air dari dagingnya. Masukkan sisa air bumbu rendaman tadi supaya bumbu lebih meresap. Kalau air sudah agak mengental dan daging matang, tiriskan daging, sisihkan kuah bumbu tadi. Panggang lagi daging di teflon tanpa tutup sampe agak sedikit gosong seperti dibakar.
