Bahan Membuat Chocolate Mousse Cake
- 5 butir telur.
- 75 gr gula pasir.
- 1 sdt cake emulsifier.
- 1/2 sdt vanilla essens.
- 70 gr tepung terigu serbaguna.
- 30 gr coklat bubuk.
- 10 gr maizena.
- 1 sdm susu bubuk.
- 50 gr margarine/ butter.
- 40 gr dcc.
- Bahan Chocolate Mousse :.
- 110 gr susu cair (ditimbang).
- 100 gr whipped cream (haan).
- 200 ml air es.
- 5 gr gelatin bubuk.
- 2 sdm air.
- 150 gr dcc.
Langkah Memasak Chocolate Mousse Cake
- Kocok gula pasir, telur dan cake emulsifier hingga mengembang dan kental berjejak.
- Masukan bahan kering yg sudah di ayak.
- Masukan campuran margarine dan dcc.
- Aduk hingga homogen, masukan dalam loyang bulat D 20 cm panggang +- 35 menit / sampai matang.
- Cara membuat Chocolatr mousse : larutkan gelatin dengan 2 sdm air, sisihkan.
- Panaskan susu cair (jgn sampai mendidih cukup panas saja) masukan gelatin aduk rata, lalu masuka dcc adul rata, diamkan hingga uap panas hilang.
- Mixer whipped cream dan air es hingga kaku.
- Tambahkan larutan susu dan coklat td aduk rata.
