- 450 ml air.
- 1 sdm mirin.
- 1,5 sdm kecap asin (yamasa).
- 2 sdt kaldu jamur.
- 1 sdm gula.
- Secukupnya lada hitam.
- Secukupnya garam.
- Secukupnya keju mozarela.
- Secukupnya keju slice yang bisa lumer.
- 2 sdm minyak.
- Secukupnya daun bawang iris bagian hijau.
Langkah Memasak Cheese Buldak (Spicy Chicken) Ramen
- Panaskan 1 sdm minyak, masukan ayam bagian kulit dibawah hingga kecoklatan dan garing, balik masak lagi hingga kecoklatan bagian dalam belum matang ga masalah, sisihkan dan potong2 kotak (bite size).
- Dengan pan yang sama, masukan 1 sdm minyak, tumis kol dan wortel hingga mulai layu, masukan bawang putih, ayam masak hingga ayam matang, masukan air, gochujang, gochugaru, kaldu, lada, gula, mirin, garam, aduk2..
- Masukan garaetteok, masak hingga lunak, masukan ramen, bawang bombai masak hingga mie matang, koreksi rasa. Masukan keju dan daun bawang, tutup pan supaya keju lumer, siap dihidangkan.
