Bahan Membuat Rabokki 라볶이 (Ramen 라면 + Tteokbokki 떡볶이)
- 1 bungkus ramen.
- 2 lonjor tteokbokki (pembuatannya ada di resep saya) (rebus dulu.
- 1/4 kol (potong).
- 1/2 bawang bombay (potong).
- 3 buah vegetable spring roll (optional).
- 1 butir telur (rebus setengah matang).
- Saus.
- 3 sdm gochujang.
- 1 sdm gula.
- 1 siung bawang putih (cincang).
Langkah Memasak Rabokki 라볶이 (Ramen 라면 + Tteokbokki 떡볶이)
- Campurkan bahan saus..
- Rebus air (kalo ada kaldu ayam, bisa ditambahkan). Setelah air mendidih, masukkan saus. Aduk, biarkan mendidih sebentar..
- Masukkan bawang bombay, kol dan lumpia sayur, tutup dan biarkan sekitar 15 menit an..
- Lalu masukkan ramen (bumbunya juga saya masukkan), tutup dan diamkan sampai mie nya masak.
