Bahan Membuat Kimchi ramyoen 🍲
- 1 bungkus shin ramyun/mie ramen/mie kimchi.
- 100 g daging sapi iris tipis.
- secukupnya kimchi.
- 5 sdm kuah kimchi.
- 1 buah wortel potong korek api.
- secukupnya jamur kuping potong2.
- 1 genggam tauge.
- secukupnya bubuk cabe.
- 1 tangkai daun bawang potong2.
- 550 ml air.
Langkah Memasak Kimchi ramyoen 🍲
- Rebus terlebih dahulu wortel,tauge,jamur kuping secara terpisah,sisihkan.
- Didihkan air di panci,masukan daging sapi rebus hingga empuk,masukan shin ramyun,masukan jg bumbu mie,kuah kimchi dan bubuk cabe,aduk rata dan masak hingga mie 1/2 matang,masukan kimchi aduk rata.
- Terakhir masukan daun bawang dan sayuran yg sdh di rebus td,aduk rata, lalu matikan api,sajikan 😊.
- Note: jika pake telur,bs lgsg di ceplokin di atas mie tanpa di aduk dan tgu hingga telur matang.
