Bahan Membuat Kimchi ramyun
- 1/2 sendok teh gula.
- 1/2 sendok teh Garam.
- 1/2 sendok teh Cabai bubuk.
- 2 sendok teh Saus sambal / Gochujang.
- Ramyun ramen.
- Kimchi olahan.
- Daun bawang.
- Sawi hijau.
- Buncis.
- 150 g Daging.
- 5 sendok makan Cream / Fresh milk.
- BBQ / Blackpepper sauce.
- 1 Telur.
- 1 Telur rebus.
- Rumput laut kering / Nori.
Langkah Memasak Kimchi ramyun
- Masukan ramen serta bumbunya kedalam panci berisi air 550ml.
- Campur dan masukkan cabai bubuk dan saus sambal kedalam ramen (kalau ada pasta cabai korea "gochujang" lebih baik).
- Masukan cream / Fresh milk 2 sendok teh, BBQ sauce 2 sendok teh, dan gula garam berikan secukupnya. Aduk hingga merata.
- Selanjutnya masukan daging setelah diiris tipis, sawi hijau, telur rebus, buncis dan kimchi (tanpa kimchi sauce/ kuah cimchi)..
- Pecahkan telur diatas masakan tanpa diaduk, tunggu hingga setengah matang.
- Garnish dengan potongan Nori diatasnya. Dan siap dihidangkan.
