This has nothing to do with instant noodles. This is Japanese style traditional ramen done with Korean flavours. How ramyeon as an excuse for intimacy became a thing.
Bahan Membuat Ramyeon
- #1bks mie ramen.
- 1 butir telur.
- Seafood.
- Ayam.
- Sayur.
- 2 siung Bawang putih (cincang).
- 2 sdm Minyak wijen.
- 1 sdt Minyak ikan.
- 1 sdt Saus tiram.
- Cabai Bubuk.
- Caos Cabai.
- 100 ml air.
- Kaldu bubuk.
- Kaldu jamur.
Langkah Memasak Ramyeon
- Rebus dahulu telur, ayam dan seafood. Lalu tiriskan.
- Siapkan panci, masukkan minyak wijen dan panaskan sebentar lalu masukkan bawang putih yang sudah dicincang tunggu sampai harum.
- Masukkan 100ml air kedalam panci, lalu masukkan minyak ikan, saus tiram, caos cabai, cabai bubuk, kaldu bubuk, kaldu jamur dan sedikit gula.
- Tes rasa jika sudah pas sesuai selera masukkan mie ramen kedalam panci lalu tiriska kedalam mangkuk😊.
- Platting dengan seafood, ayam, sayur dan telur sesuai selera anda😉.
- Ramyeon siap disantaaap😱.
