 - 1/2 bungkus Mie lemonilo hijau.
 - Bawang putih 2 siung cincang kasar.
 - Lada hitam haluskan sejumput aja.
 - Cabe kering secukupnya (saya pakai cabe rawit oren cacah kecil).
 - Keju parmesan secukupnya (saya pakai keju chedar parut).
 - Toping ayam.
 - Ayam filet secukupnya,saya pake 4 ruas ayam filet.
 - 2 sendok Kecap.
 - sendok teh Saori stgh.
 - Lada.
 - Bahan tambahan.
 - Olive oil kl ga ada ganti blue band sesendok.
 - Daon salam.
 - Daon jeruk.
 - Sereh.
 - Garam.
 - Totole kaldu jamur.
 
Langkah Memasak Diet friendly lemonilo aglio olio
- Rendam ayam dengan kecap saori dan lada 15 menit.
 - Oseng ayam tanpa minyak,masukan kecap 2 sendok lagi,salam,daun jeruk,sereh,air sedikit saja.masak hingga asat sisihkan.
 - Rebus lemonilo,sambil siapkan bahan halus. Cabe,bawang,lada hitam,keju.
 - Setelah lemonilo matang,bilas dengar air bersih 1x..biar bau tepungnya hilang.
 - Tumis cabe bawang,masukan lemonilo,masukan keju,masukan lada hitam. Test rasa.
 - Angkat dan sajikan dengan ayam.
