- 6 slices Roti Tawar.
- 3 1/2 cup Plain Milk.
- 2 cup air.
- 1 cup gula.
- 60 gr margarine, lelehkan.
- 4 butir telur, kocok.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 1 sdt Vanilla essence.
- Kelapa muda (optional).

- Masukkan kocokan telur dan margarin ke dalam bowl roti. Aduk rata.
- Masukkan ke dalam baking pan. Panggang selama kurang lebih 1 jam. (Api atas & bawah).
