- Balur daging dengan tepung maizena, lalu goreng sebentar saja, angkat dan sisihkan.
- Tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum, lalu tambahkan larutan sauce, masak sebentar.
- Kemudian masukkan daging, masak hingga bumbu mengental dan daging empuk, tes dan koreksi rasa.
- Tambahkan potongan daun bawang, aduk rata, angkat.
- Tata daging beserta telur dadar diatas piring dalam mangkok saji, sajikan Selamat mencoba.
