Langkah Memasak Tom Yum Soup
- Blender semua bumbu halus.
- Panaskan 5 sendok makan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus dengan daun jeruk, lengkuas, serai, cabe merah besar, dan cabe hijau besar sampai harum.
- Masukan bumbu yg telah ditumis kedalam panci. Lalu tambahkan air (saya kira2 airnya) lalu didihkan sambil ditambahkan Gula dan Garam lalu koreksi rasa. Jangan terlalu banyak juga airnya..
- Setelah kuah tom yum jadi tambahkan tomat & jamur. Setelah agak 6 menit,lalu masukkan fillet kerapu. Dan tunggu sampai mendidih.
