Bahan Membuat Marmer cake
- 6 kuning telur.
- 5 putih telur.
- 225 gr gula pasir.
- 150 gr terigu (me pake kunci).
- 20 gr susu bubuk (me dancow).
- 250 gr butter margarin (me anchor blueband).
- 1 sdt pasta vanila (tambahan saya sendiri).
- 2 sdm coklat bubuk + pasta coklat.
Langkah Memasak Marmer cake
- Mixer butter margarin plus gula pasir smp mengembang ringan (tercampur rata, warnanya putih).
- Masukkan kuning telur satu persatu, lalu beri vanila pasta dan tepung terigu yg sudah diayak bersama susu bubuk. Bole pake mixer dgn speed rendah ato mau diaduk balik pake spatula ya monggo.
- Dlm wadah lain, mixer putih telur smp mengembang agak kaku. Lalu campur ke dlm adonan kuning telur (dgn teknik aduk balik). Masukkan putih telurnya bertahap ya..
- Olesi loyang dgn carlo (saya pake carlo kw) atau bole dgn mentega lalu ditaburi tepung tipis2. Pake loyang uk 20. Lalu panggang dengan suhu 170 derajat sampai matang (bole di test tusuk). Tadi saya sekitar 35 menit (beda oven, beda waktu pemanggangan nya).
